How to change an oven temperature probe? 

Located at the rear of the appliance, the temperature probe penetrates the muffle to measure the temperature inside the oven. 

This temperature sensor has a single function: to inform the power card of the temperature inside the oven, so that cooking programs run smoothly. 

In the event of a fault, this would mean that the information sent back is incorrect, directly influencing the cooking modes. These faults are of 2 kinds: one is the failure to detect heat, the other is the failure to detect significant heat. In these 2 cases, oven operation is rendered impossible.
